It is best suited for partys and other occasions where you need to have some temporary arrangements for entertaining the kids. After the party or occasion, an inflatable slide can be be deflated, cleaned and packed and stored away for the next occasion. Inflatable slides also suits best as a permanent fixture. The soft surface of the inflatable water slides means that there are less chances of injury.

Inflatable water slides comes in different sizes. You can get smaller inflatables that are suitable for small kids to inflatable water slides that are large enough for high school students. Some inflatables are very small that they can fit inside a kid's play room.

Things to consider before buying an inflatable slide

  • Check the reliability and history of the retailer and manufacturer.
  • Make sure that the materials used are strong and does not burst.
  • Make sure that the blower is powerful enough to inflate.
  • Make sure that the inflatable can be dried and stored. Storage bag should be available.
  • Try to see if there are any air leaks torn parts

Some inflatable might need weight sack to balance the slides from tipping.

    Inflatable slides also need to be taken care after use. You need to drain the water, clean, and then dry the inflatable after use. The following steps need to be performed after inflatable slides are used.
  • Cleaning

    • Clean the inflatable after use with detergent to remove dirt. Cleaning is very much necessary if you are going to reuse the inflatable during the next holiday season.

  • Draining

    • Deflate the inflatable. This drains the water away. Keep the drained inflatable slide in a slanting position so that it makes it easy for the water to flow off.

  • Drying

    • Inflate the slide once again and leave it in the sun for some time. Use a towel or sponge to wipe water as this can make drying faster. Proper drying is necessary else it can cause moulds after prolonged storage.

  • Packing

    • Pack the inflatable slide in a dry packing case. Try to use the packing bag that came with the inflatable. If the inflatable does not fit the original packing case, you may want to get a new case.
